Balade en Provence et Absinthe bar

This is a cornucopia of fine products just as busy as the nearby market, superlative in olive oils and jams. Olive oils such as Greek Calamata, Sicilian Dona Vona, Alpes de Haute Provence crus such as the Mées Cooperative or d'Albert Manguine (his jams, too), etc. All this plus tapenade, eggplant caviar, red pepper caviar, Sainte-Catherine mustards, and Provence honies and aperitifs. Good choice of jams and preserves. And in the basement ... an absinthe bar!
