Le Relais des Semailles  

This charming address is ideal for an intimate dinner. Bertrand Saint-Vannes is a classic chef, sometimes forgotten by Cannes in all the noise of the trendy tables. Risotto with summer truffles and poultry jus; roasted foie gras and fig quenelles; saint-pierre filets in fine ratatouille; tomato confit and panisses; veal cutlet stewed with blettes, young asparagus and sage jus... represent a timeless cuisine, full of flavor and carefully crafted. The wine card that is eloquent in Bordeaux and Bourgogne and honors Provence. The breads are made in-house and there is a card of coffees and teas as well as a wine card of the same quality as the food. Dinner with candles here is very romantic.
